 Get ready to unlock your potential with a fun session that is all about self-awareness.  Using the ISPEAK framework, Clifton Strengths, and the 5-Minute Personality Test, participants will learn about their (and others!) individual strengths, personality types, and communication styles.  By recognizing their unique attributes, they will be positioned to lead their teams more effectively.

 Learning Objectives:

• Understand your own (and others’) communication style.
• Learn how to communicate effectively when delegating.
• Learn how to lead when you’re not in charge.
• Discover your dominant and sub-dominant personality type.
• Recognize your individual strengths and potential weaknesses, and those of your team members.
• Consider ways to engage your team members to bring out their best.
• Understand how to use Clifton Strengths to recognize individual and team strengths.
• Gain insights into how focusing on strengths rather than weaknesses can drive personal development.
• Discover methods for integrating Clifton Strengths into organizational practices to boost leadership effectiveness.
