In a busy world, it is easy to feel overwhelmed when you are assigned a new project on top of your daily duties. Feeling like you don’t know where to start? Fight the decision paralysis by learning where to start and how to organize your thoughts into an action plan that you can share and track progress against.

 Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the difference between a project and operation tasks/duties;
  • Learn the responsibilities associated with taking on the PM “role” on a project;
  • Be able to summarize a project’s goal to promote it and gain buy-in; and
  • Create basic project plans that align with the project goal, add transparency, and help forecast the project end date.
