Please join the Austin Chapter Education and Program Committee at our monthly luncheon: Internet Addiction: Who’s In Charge of YOUR Use of Communication Technology?
How much time do you spend “on” your technology? Are you experiencing any techno-stress? Do you go to bed with your mobile phone? Have you tried to limit the time you are connected to the internet? Have you ever tried to detox? This presentation explores the Internet Addiction Disorder - the indicators of it, the predictors of it, and what you can do about it.
