The COVID inspired “great resignation” coupled with a shrinking global workforce may be responsible for the greatest shift in the labor market since the labor movement of the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries that brought us changes like the Fair Labor Standards Act and the 40 hour work week. Join us to discuss where we are now, where we’re headed, and strategies to maintain an engaged workforce during this dynamic time.

Eden Minucci has worked in the legal industry for over 20 years serving small, medium, and large law firms. Designated as a Certified Legal Manager (CLM^SM) by the Association of Legal Administrators, Eden also holds a SHRM-CP designation and a Master of Science degree in Management. She writes and speaks about law firm management and works with Clear Guidance Partners to help law firms drive and maximize productivity through improved operations and efficiency.

Important Reminders About Parking

Option 1:  Park in the Chase Tower Building Garage at 221 W. 6^th Street.  Be sure to either stamp your parking ticket or pick up a discount ticket at the meeting to receive the $5.00 discounted parking rate when you exit the garage.

Option 2:  If the Garage is full, the Headliners Club offers a discounted parking rate of $5 at the parking lot at 600 Guadalupe Street (Lot P3010 which is connected to the Extended Stay America Hotel).

Instructions for Using Discounted Rate

Enter lot from either Guadalupe Street or San Antonio Street

• Park in any unmarked space and immediately head over to the Pay Machine
• Enter license plate into Pay Machine
• Choose the rate named "Headliners 3Hr"
• Enter passcode: HC1955
• Pay $5.00 (Pay Machine accepts cash or credit cards)
