Awesome Monday news – Trail of Lights Foundation approved our request and gave our chapter 25 vehicle passes for Wednesday, December 30, 2020 drive-thru experience. It’s on “first come first serve” basis. The first 25 members that register will each receive a 1 vehicle pass. Thank you for your interest in joining the STARS at the Trail at the Trail of Lights Drive-Thru. On behalf of the Trail of Lights Foundation, it is a pleasure to welcome Austin Association of Legal Administrators to the program! 

This year, the Trail of Lights has worked closely with the City of Austin to produce a safe and contactless drive-thru experience. All groups will be able to enjoy the Trail of Lights from the warmth, comfort, and socially distant safety of your own vehicles on your scheduled date and time. Please review this email carefully, as it contains many details about the Drive-Thru.

We are delighted to welcome your organization on Wednesday, 12/30/20. Your scheduled arrival time is 8:00 pm. 

Based on your application, we have allotted 25 Vehicle Passes* for your organization. Please share the attached instructions below with your invitees, along with this important information:

• Each person/car load can claim ONE ticket.
• Individuals must provide their own transportation to the Trail. 
• *Each vehicle admission pass allows entry for one vehicle and up to 9 occupants for the dedicated date and time slot. 
• Vehicle size limitation – vehicles long than 27’ are not permitted (full sized school buses and shuttle buses will not be permitted). Only enclosed vehicles are allowed. 
• Each passenger must have a seat and seatbelt (no riding in the bed of pick-ups).

All Vehicle Passes must be claimed by December 1, 2020. Any remaining tickets will then be distributed to other nonprofit organizations in the Austin Community.
